Ingredients

  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1/2 cup cashews soaked for 2-3 hours
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Soak cashews for 2-3 hours in water, drain the water after soaking
  • In a high speed blender, blend all of the ingredients until smooth
  • Chill before enjoying. After storing in your refrigerator, you may need to pulse your milk in the blender again or give it a nice shake.

Notes

It will keep in your refrigerator for about 2-3 days.
Optional to strain after blending with a cheese cloth. I prefer to not do this step however.
